| Introduction | I'm Caroline, a night shift pharmacist who became diabetic trying to survive my work schedule and a marriage that was quietly falling apart. What followed after my diagnosis was nine months of becoming my own experiment. I unlearned what pharmacy school taught me about "managing" disease and learned what it actually takes to reverse one. When your body breaks down along with your life, they're not separate problems. You have to fix both. At the same time. Now I write about metabolic health, insulin resistance reversal, circadian disruption, and what it means to take radical responsibility for your life as a woman. I write for women who understand that feminine self-mastery isn't given, it's cultivated. I write for women who are done with advice that benefits everyone except them. Women who know that no one is coming to do the work only they can do. This isn't about quick fixes or rescue narratives. It's about the frameworks and uncomfortable truths that most wellness content won't touch. It's about learning to ask different questions, follow the incentives, and adapt to the only constant in life: change. |
