| Introduction | My name is Anna Goode. I am a recent graduate of Birmingham-Southern College, where I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in religion with a concentration in English. While at Birmingham-Southern I became consumed with the idea that the children of our world have little or no place in the Christian church. This idea grieved me to the point that I spent my senior year researching the topic and presenting it as my senior research. I hope to continue that research and apply things I have learned while I am in Senegal.
