Introduction	I am a 30 year old wife, mother, daughter,sister and much more! Over the past year, I have lost about 50lbs with the help of diet and exercise. However, I have been at a stand still in my weight loss journey for about 2 months. So, I am creating this blog to hold myself accountable. This weight loss is strictly for my benefit and it is me who will hold myself accountable. And, hopefully in the meantime, I can make you laugh and smile in the process.
