| Introduction | I started this as a way to track recipes that work for me that I can share with others. I am allergic to gluten and dairy, but didn't find out until this last year. I have spent my whole adult life cooking one way and now have to adapt my recipes, other people's recipes and what I use for ingredients. This is my journey.
