| Introduction | mjdittrich@gmail.com Biography: Melissa Joy Dittrich was born in Hollywood, California but raised in a tiny, rural town in Minnesota. Her imagination was cultivated as she entertained herself throughout the four seasons of the state. Endless summer days were spent exploring her lush backyard and neighborhood with friends. During the freezing winters, she often stayed indoors making up stories and drawing for hours at a time. After graduating from high school, she received her B.A. and teaching credentials from Vanguard University of Southern California. When finished with her studies, Melissa fulfilled a long-awaited desire to spend time working with children in India and the Philippines. She currently resides in Orange County, CA and loves to sing, travel, dance, create, read, and help people in need in her community and all over the world. |
