Introduction	Owen O'Neill had his first coffee epiphany in 1979 when exposed to outstanding coffee a returning friend brought home from Colombia. Two decades later he immersed himself in espresso culture and roasting to pursue the truth of the bean. Our micro-roasting mission at New York Central Coffee is to find and provide the highest quality beans available and roast to optimal level for each bean type.
