| Introduction | Akitsu Nakamura was born in Kyoto and raised in Tokyo. She graduated from Musashino Art University in Tokyo. After graduation, she traveled to Asia, Europe, Central and South America. She has seen and absorbed many cultures. Her various experiences and travels brought her to NY where she has resided since 1999. She has recently started illustrating cartoons regarding Health in NYC and is currently studying at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a Holistic Health Coach. She enjoys shopping at the Green Market, Whole Food Market and Trader Joe’s. |
