| Introduction | While trained formally as a Computer Scientist, receiving my Ph.D. in that field in 1973, specializing in cryptography and computer security, and subsequently lecturing and conducting research as a professor at a number of Universities, my principal career work has been as a forensic computing specialist providing investigative and expert witness services. I have also been engaged as an Ambassador of Goodwill to Latin America for both UNESCO and IBM over a period of five years with the objective of improving technology transfer and manpower development in these developing nations. I am now retired and can devote more of my time to my avocations which are indicated below. |
