| Introduction | Polymath:From the Latin word of 'many' and the word knowledge-so a person of wide ranging knowledge and learning, i.e. me. Personally, I hate having to fill in an "About Me". It requires a nice and neat form box in which to sum up one's life and what you do. I find this impossible! Ask me my other careers and the list would go on and on. I live in France, in the Limousin region part of the year painting, drawing and taking beautiful photos of this beautiful, ethereal region. In my art, I have tried every medium out there. (Side note: The word media is plural for 'mediums' and no such word is 'mediums') I am a collector of anything and everything including degrees,books and magazines and memories. I love learning and there are never enough classes and my interests change on a whim. They often loop back again so I have a pretty linear life with A LOT of detours! My art, design and photography is extremely rich in experience and soul. With a background as varied as mine, everything I create is influenced by this profound curiosity for the world around me and its subtle nuances. Please share you with me. |

| Favorite books | Historical fiction particularly set in Renaissance Italy, England or France. And mostly about the big name artists of that time and of those countries.I love history and often reading non fiction about various time periods of the world. |
