| Introduction | I used to be the guest voice of Second Helpings on Tim Neale's Sunday Best radio show at 11 ish am on 95 bfm. But then Tim lost the show and I was left to eat on my own. Now I go and try out those restaurants that food reviewers write about and see if it is worth it to the regular jane. Other times I just write about what I am eating, you know just like everybody else. When I am not bemoaning the perceptions of modern restaurants, I am writing the history of the New Zealand restaurant starting in 1850 - not twenty minutes ago, Mister Smartypants. I used to cook profesionally till I realized I was a better eater than a creator. Well, that and my feet hurt. |
