Introduction	My name is Eliza Grace Woods. On 17th August, 2012, I will be 16 years old. On November 3rd, 2008, I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. After spending nearly seven months at the Children's Hospital at Westmead in Sydney undergoing treatment to cure me of the disease, I finally got to go home in May 2009. It is now nearly three and a half years since my transplant. This is the continuation of my story. Follow me on my journey back to health.
