Introduction	I'll make this brief. I am a born and raised Minnesotan currently studying at Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. I am majoring in French and International Relations with a concentration in International Security. I also study Arabic, and have a passion for Gender, Peace, and Immigration studies. I have been to France once before, with my high school French class. We spent three weeks traveling throughout France. I have been studying French since I was 13, though sometimes I still feel like a novice. In closing, I will say that ever since I started learning French nearly a decade ago (yikes!), I have been anticipating this experience. Though unfortunately this means I have a lot of pent-up expectations, I know that I'm just going to enjoy Paris. Because in the words of Ernest Hemingway, "If you are lucky enough to have lived in Paris as a young man (or woman!), then wherever you go for the rest of your life, it stays with you, for Paris is a moveable feast." And I plan on taking it with me.
