| Introduction | I'm in my early 60's and live on a farm. I was a hospice nurse, and am now cancer survivor, having had two different types of cancers in the same organ (at the same time...yikes!) I've been mostly home-bound for the past 10 years due to the cancer therapies causing a myriad of other problems. Happiness is often a choice, and I choose to be happy no matter what! I have 2 daughters; the oldest is a veterinarian, and the youngest is an EMT. I am very proud of them for being the wonderful people they are. With 3 grandchildren (2 boys and a little girl) I find this gramma stuff to be a total hoot! It's obvious that God saved the best part for last!! |
