Introduction	I've always been active, in grade 3 I was introduced to competitive running by my gym teacher and long-time friend Alain Deschamps. In 2007 I bought my first real bikes (Specialized Stumpjumper MTB and Guru Classic for the tar). I've been hooked ever since, that year I did my first triathlon which was Guelph Lake 2 Sept 1st. In 2008 I picked up the training a bit but still kind of everywhere with soccer and hockey. This year (2009) I narrowed it down to one sport... cycling. I have compartment syndrome in both my legs and in different places so I am no able to run anything longer than about 1K unless I get the surgery. I decided to hold out on the surgery because of my age. I couldn't have done it without my dad who drives me to all my races and is fully supportive with everything I do, my mom is too. As well as my second set of parents Nat and JF who have done everything for me and JF has been coaching me for 2 years now and I couldn't ask for a better role model. I am currently in my first year at Brock University studying Kinesiology and it's awesome. I'm looking forward to the next 8 years of schooling.
