Introduction	This blog was inspired by my experiences as a member at two local CSAs - Quail Hill & Amber Waves Farms - where eating local "in season meals" became a new way of life for me. Making decisions on what to feed my family is based on what is available at our farm that week. Aside from what I get at the farm, I use local organic ingredients whenever possible. Every meal you see here was eaten and enjoyed by both my husband and I as well as our 3 kids (ages 6, 4 and 1). From the day that our kids started venturing into foods other than milk, they have eaten what we eat (ground up or otherwise)- they don't know any other way.
