Introduction	Hi! I'm an amateur baker. I don't have any training, haven't taken any classes and I make a lot of it up as I go along. I've decided 80% of baking is damage control. Things rarely turn out the first time. And they rarely turn out the same every time. There's something about the smell of butter and sugar in my mixer at high speed...I can't even describe why it makes me so happy. But my all time favorite thing about making things that taste fantastic and look beautiful is giving it away and watching it make other people happy.
