Introduction	Jeff (5-21-72 to 9-25-08) was the fearless leader of the Dodd Squad consisting of his wife, Kelly, daughters Aubrey (13), Regan (9), son Jack (7) and Finn (1). They reside in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Jeff had a superficial melanoma removed from his chin in 1995. Despite annual chest x-rays, blood tests and dermatology exams intended to monitor the possibility of recurrence, he discovered a small lump on his chest toward the end of December, 2006 that was diagnosed as Stage IV Metastatic Melanoma. This blog chronicles his story.
