I select a physical challenge each year for myself. This year, who knows. I have not figured it out. In the past I set out to run a 5K, then class 5 White Water River Raft. After that I ran a 10K, became a certified open water scuba diver, hiked Mt. Whitney, the tallest peak in the lower 48 states and learned to rock climb.
