| Introduction | I’m a 19-year old student who has been playing games for quite a while now. Occasionally I’ve played online games like Kings of Chaos, but the first game I’ve played for a longer period of time was RuneScape (RS), which I started in September 2004 under the name ‘Ff__Bapro’. After about a year I expanded my RS activities to the PvP-side of the game as well, when I joined my first clan called Tribal Fury. I was getting better every week and because I felt like I had done everything free-to-play could offer, I decided to become a RS member to get full access to the game. About a year ago I quit training my account (after reaching the top 20.000 in the highscores) and started playing Guild Wars (GW); I only went on RS to do clan events with my clan TRWF, which I left earlier this month because I had lost my intrest in RS PKing (PlayerKilling). Of course I’ve played other games as well; I’ve tried some other online MMORPGs like Knight Online and the Chronicles of Spellborn and had my share of text-based games as well (Tribal Wars, DarkThrone, Ikariam, …) but I tend to get bored of those rather quickly. Today I mostly play GW (using the name ‘Gorr Moonsorrow’). |
