Introduction	Becky Mercuri is a food and travel writer based in Western New York State. She is the author of four cookbooks: Food Festival U.S.A., Sandwiches That You Will Like (the companion sandwich history and cookbook to the PBS special of the same title), American Sandwich: Great Eats from All 50 States, and The Great American Hot Dog Book. An avid student of culinary history, Becky was also a contributor to The Oxford Encyclopedia of Food and Drink in America. She makes frequent appearances on a variety of radio food shows - her favorite is “Everyday Food” on Martha Stewart Radio (SIRIUS Satellite radio), hosted by Betsy Karetnik, where she and Betsy have way too much fun! Becky, known by family and friends as Mrs. Wolf, is Rob's aunt. When Rob's in town, there's nothing they like better than to head for the kitchen and try out new recipes. Many of their creations are based upon dishes enjoyed in restaurants, pubs, and snack shops around the country.
