| Introduction | was inspired by her love of farm life and the ambition to enrich the lives of her urban counterparts. It endeavours to act as a resource of information to all things that occur 'down on the farm', and foster a greater understanding of day to day life. Erin is 3 years old and lives on a farm in the central tablelands of New South Wales Australia. The farm comprises of approx 3000 acres or 1250 hectares. It is predominantly a grazing property running fine wool merino sheep, prime lambs, and beef cattle. The property is looked after by Erin's parents Stephen, Alison and her older sister KT and her grandparents Oppy and PopPop. Erin's farm life blog is targeted at urban based children of a similar age. It is shared amongst urban based schools as a resource in educating children about living on the farm and understanding the cycle of production within the farm. |
