Introduction	I used to look over my shoulder, always comparing myself to others and often in fear of living. I saw life as fairly difficult. I was not learning about myself and changes I wanted to make were not successful. In the past few years nearly everything has changed. I don’t just mean superficial change either. This was about how I was behaving in this world and how was I going to learn to act more intelligently rather than follow my conditioned responses to life's situations. I can now embrace this incredible existence by paying attention to what is happening in and around me NOW, understanding as much as I can and being aware of my chattering thoughts. What did I do that was different? I took many new actions but essentially I stopped looking for external solutions. Understanding ourselves in awareness is perhaps our greatest challenge and done with passion a new life can be observed. I don't know who is going to create a better world if you and I don’t.
