| Introduction | Hi. I'm Emily (obviously, the title of the blog doesn't give it away or anything does it?). I live in Folly Beach (the self proclaimed "Edge of the United States"), SC with my boyfriend Ben and my dog Coda. I just left active duty as a U.S. Coast Guard officer (but still have a reserve commission), and I am joining the "real world," having just accepted my first civilian job. This is a website that I've created to chronicle my adventures (and misadventures) as I make the transition from being in the military to being a civilian again...and then beyond. |
