Introduction	Working in tech support means never having to say you're sorry. Rather, it does, but it also means later going somewhere remote and yelling at the top of your lungs. Working in tech support at a university ushers in a new caliber of ironic juxtaposition, and with it an accordant increase in decibels (not to mention the substantially overstated vocabulary). The resultant output winds up here, by means of a circuitous route that likely dips through a mire of LOL Cat pictures, Wikipedia link frenzies, and discarded 4Chan memes on its long and troubled journey to your computer.
