Introduction	Over the past decade, I've worked as a lean six sigma consultant and facilitator focusing on process and performance improvement. I love to lead change and help people realize their potential. In what seems like a lifetime ago, I was a figure skater, having competed throughout the U.S. and Europe, and coached figure skating, synchronized skating,and hockey. Currently, I play roller derby for the Jet City Rollergirls and participate in helping run the organization.
