| Introduction | I am a Viet-Canadian who resides in a home with two hysterical, slightly strict but loving parents. I've been a vegetarian since 2009 but that does not deter me from cooking with meat. I love animals but I do not like bashing vegetarianism on anyone. Live and let live; eat, love and have peace. Do not come forth and bash me with either your vegetarianism or your love of meat. I love cooking enough to wish to extend my range of ingredients, not limit it to soy products and veggies. I seek to share some of my passion with other open-minded and similar beings on this suffering planet, in hopes of connecting and understanding why I strive to do what I do, eat what I eat and love who I love. Life is a roller coaster ride, and I'm hanging on for the sheer thrill... maybe you are too. |
