Introduction	I’m a knitter, a reader, an amateur cook, a historian, an Oberlin alum, and a Coast Guard spouse. I’m also currently intrigued by the concept of minimalism and applying it to our life ... which is good timing since we a move every couple of years and I don't like the idea of hauling around stuff we don't need! I like traveling and, while moving isn’t exactly a vacation, it is a great opportunity to live somewhere new and do some exploring. My companions on these adventures are my husband, Dave, and our black lab ... who is currently staring at me.
