| Introduction | This Blog is all about the recipes I have adapted and shared since my senior year of college and beyond. I am working full time as the head baker of 8 Seasons Grille near the capitol in Madison and hope to continue my studies in patisserie as well as theatre and film after I leave Wisconsin. In the meantime, I have a wonderful boyfriend who I get to see more often than ever before, I have met some great people in Madison, explored new places and I am excited to see where this city takes me. I hope to someday be a wonderful chef, wife, mother, actress, daughter, sister, believer and lover. |
