Introduction	We were introduced by close friends on a night out at Skybar. We actually barely talked that night- I of course thought he was handsome, but annoying because he talked too much about himself and The Marines. He claims I was all over him just because I took his offer of wearing his blazer because I was freezing. After the bar, we went to Mai's and still no conversation between the two; instead he was busy talking to another person who was with us. I immediately lost interest, but to my surprise he asked me for my number after walking us to the car. That same week, he asked me on a date and then proceeded to leave me dressed and ready to go out because he had mistakenly forgotten that he had ‘Poker Night’. I was furious! I then played hard to get for about a month, lying that I was busy with school and that I had a really bad cold. I gave me a second chance as he had not given up on asking me out. Ironically, I was really sick and looked awful on our first date, but he was a true gentleman the entire time. We went to dinner, played pool with friends and ended up at a bar later in the night. The rest is history! We got engaged in January of 2007 and married on June 16, 2007.
