IntroductionI'm embarking on a cross country trip seeking a world outside of that which I have known for most of my life. The plan is to pack up the car and point it west. I leave on January 20th. Until then, I'm crashing at friend's houses and living out of the back of my car, and working on my documentation.
The goal?
Follow my heart and intuition.
InterestsPhotography, Art, my 2B pencil and my Pilot Razor Point pen. Horizontal light rays: natural and artificial; it's even better if it's dim light. Laughter, both from me and from others. A good cup of coffee, especially when paired with either good company, a good danish, or a good napkin to sketch on. Baseball, while my team doesn't do too well lately, I love the pageantry and the passion of the game. A well thought out hiking/ camping trip topped off with a delicious woodland cooking experience.
Favorite moviesGood Stories! I like a well written thinking comedies like "Stranger than Fiction," action movies like the new James Bonds or new Batmans, and then a good horror flick might also whet my appetite, not those cheesy ones!
Favorite musicOnce again I'm going to talk genres. With me it's mainly upbeat feel-good music. Cake tends to be popular on my ipod, but so can Jimmy Buffett. The acoustic guitar is another fancy of my especially when it's played by Jack Johnson, Zach Gill, or Dispatch. I can also delve into the styling of Beck, Modest Mouse, Franz Ferdinand. The blues get played alot, and of course good new rock. It's like Miles Davis says, I like it if I can tap my toe to the beat.
Favorite booksSome recent books I've enjoyed were written by Douglas Preston, Lincoln Child, James Rollins, Chuck Palahniuk, and Bill Bryson. I'm currently in Richard Bode's First You Have to Row a Little Boat.

Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?

I'm sure they'd have a whale of a good time...wait no, that's not a fish... A tuna of a good time? Maybe it'd be a trout of a good time? Screw it! Just give'em a Plymouth Barracuda!
