Introduction	I have been involved in animal welfare for 30 years and am the founder of 2 animal shelters, one in Liverpool, the other in North Wales.Both called Freshfields Animal Rescue Centre. My life revolves around the two shelters,After living in Crosby, Liverpool all my life I moved to North Wales 5 years ago when this property was donated to be used as a horse and pony sanctuary.It is also a busy rescue cattery and there are some ex farm dogs living here. When I can, I like to travel as I did little of this when I was younger.My family live in Prestatyn, i try to visit my sister and her daughters as often as I can.I miss my friends in Liverpool but have made new friends in Wales. I plan to stay in Wales now, this has become my home.
