Introduction As a wife, mother and member of the Body of Christ, I am deeply concerned with "Human Resources" and with the Ultimate Source, The Lord God Almighty! and His Glory! I'm just an ordinary pilgrim. Some days are stellar and others are stony. I have my ups and downs like everyone, and through it all, long for more Jesus, to know Him better, serve Him more purely and fully, and to be taken over by the wonderful Spirit of God, that my life can give off the aroma of Christ and, as John Piper says, to refract the light of His glory in all areas of my life - by the Grace of God, walking by the Spirit of God. Life is an eclectic adventure, and I have no idea what is coming down the pipe next, but I’m going to keep my eyes fixed on Jesus by His grace, and hope I can be a small witness of His magnificence to someone who needs Him. I love to read and to travel. Reading is much cheaper than travel though, so I do much more of that! I'm always looking to add quality tomes to our library that will not only enrich and entertain us, but be a literary heritage one day for our daughter.
Interests Pursuing a life that pleases the Lord; serving my family; reading, reading and reading! (I have WAY too many books :-) The persecuted Church, the unreached for Christ.. I'm a would-be musician - play violin a bit and have a cello I'm supposed to be learning, but struggle to find the time. I love to travel (been in 10 countries, lived in 3), and did I mention books?
