| Introduction | I guess being a Mixed up Mother is both literal and figurative. I am mixed-race, multi-ethnic, mixed marriage with mixed children. I'm also adopted and so "Mixed Up" and confused on the meanings of family, love, and religion. I suffer from depression and anxiety which make mothering all the more difficult. I hope I can share my story and hopefully a little humor for those who share the same feelings and those who are close to other Mixed Up Mothers. |
