Introduction	I am a dreamer and a realist. Drawn to the mountains, but at home by the sea. I pedal to work, hike in the forests and swim in the ocean. I spend time with family, watching my children grow, trying to be a guide, setting boundaries that they can slowly push as they become confident and confident. I am a gardener, trying to balance our global impact by growing my own vegtables. I am a conscious consumer, both the food we eat and the products we buy. I want to know where things come from and why. I buy raw milk from a local farmer and make my own kombucha, but also buy Gore-tex clothes all to often sewn in China. I'm not perfect, but I strive toward my own vision of perfection. I miss my morning yoga and my skiing in the mountains, but everything in life requires a trade off and all in all I can't complain.
