Introduction	I'm a Canadian girl. I have decided to write a blog about my diet, weight loss and workouts in order to provide accountability for working towards my goals of being fit, lean, healthy and happy. I am in recovery from bulimia and binge eating disorder. I still struggle sometimes. Sometimes worse than others. My goal is to free myself completely and live my life to the fullest.
