| Introduction | Hi everybody. I am Preeti from Noida. I am new to blogging but definitely not to cooking. As a teenager I did (cooking) what my mother asked me to do. While I was working there was hardly any time for cooking. After marriage I got more involved in cooking. Trying out new recipes gave me a new high. Before I realised cooking became a passion for me. Today cooking something new not only gives me a high, it's also therapeutic for me. In this journey of mine , from being a struggling cook to a confident one , my husband and my son have played a very important role. They happily tasted all my culinary experiments(dishes), were critical but very encouraging. Couple of my friends have also been instrumental in sharpening my culinary skills. Through my blog I want to share not only exotic recipes but also simple everyday recipes. My recipes are easy to follow and tried and tasted. I want to share my khazana of culinary knowledge that I have developed over the years through interaction with my mom, who is an excellent cook herself, my friends who are as enthusiastic about cooking as I am, gourmet shows on TV, magazines and cook books. |
