| Introduction | My love for yoga and healthy living started during college, where I took my first yoga class (crashed on my face trying crow) and joined the vegan club (even though I wasn't a vegan). Since my awkward first steps toward discovering myself, I have taken strides toward creating a life centered around love and compassion for myself and others. In my personal practice on and off the mat, and when guiding classes, workshops and retreats, my intention is to awaken curiosity and inspire passion to live a life you truly love. |
