| Introduction | I had no idea of cooking 4 years back. I was born and bought up in "Jaipur" which is also famous as "Pink City" or "Stone city" as the city is very famous for gem stones. I got married to Sachin Garg in 2006 and moved to US. Completely a new country, new environment and everything new. its trully said necessity is the mother of invention. After marriage me and my husband really N-joyed eating outside but gradually I realized I need to know lil bit of cooking. Trust me It took me 7 days to learn how to make simple tortilla, I made all shapes of tortilla (triangle, square except circular, lol). Neways gradually I started n-joying cooking and last yr Diwali party at our house inspired me to create some new dishes :) Thanks to this blog where I can post my new creations good or bad ..........!! Keep experimenting and keep writing :) |
