| Introduction | My name is Sandy. I am a laid back person and a cool mom. I am low maintenance as a rule. I do not curl or straighten my hair or wear a lot of bling if any at all. I run around in sneakers and avoid high heels including people who feel they need to wear them all the time. I enjoy the occasional glass of red wine and long clandestine chats with friends. I keep a journal. I write a blog and I am on facebook and twitter. I love my teenage child and my little Yorkie dog. I love to laugh and I love to sing. Sometimes I feel like exercising, but then I lie down until the feeling passes. Seriously though, I like to walk and ride bikes.
