Introduction	Thanks for visiting my blog. I come from a long line of Southern cooks so it comes naturally that I enjoy good food. My Grandmother, Jo, was your true, down-home Southern cook...my Mom is the ultimate experimenter (which takes talent to know what ingredients will work well together). Since getting married, I have realized that I appreciate recipes with few ingredients, but that still taste good. This blog is devoted to the working woman (or man) who needs quick, tasty meals.
