| Introduction | I am living a dream that took years to cultivate. Thankfully, God gave me perseverance, staying power thru the years and uncertainties. He allowed me to learn what was in my heart and to follow it regardless of how crazy it seemed. I work with an amazing team of people, I do work I am blessed every day to do, and it's allowing me to live life to the fullest! www.nuruinternational.org My heart is fully lived out! Every interest I have and all the things I'm passionate about are wrapped into my "job" and my life. LOVE IT! Random stuff: I really want a puppy to snuggle and play with. I hope that at some point in my life I'll play guitar well and sing songs of praise to glorify my father and help others connect in that way. Living in Africa, the foods I miss most are cheese and home made chocolate chip cookies. |
| Interests | living fully alive, helping people find their passion and live it out, living in community with people who inspire me and love me enough not to let me settle - but to strive for excellence, deep conversations with people where our hearts talk, laughing - do it ALL the time, finding sustainable solutions to healthcare issues - finding what works, listening to people - validating them, being involved in friends lives - bringing a perspective of faith and hope to conversations and life situations |
| Favorite movies | I'm a sucker for romantic comedies - I like anything tho, as long as it's not scary. Can't do scary movies. |
| Favorite music | Pretty much love anything - depends on the mood. Most often something with great guitar, or random musical instruments like random trombone, cello, harmonica, mandolin, and beat box ;) Nizlopi style. I really enjoy Christian music to sing to and praise an awesome God who loves his children. |
| Favorite books | Journey of Desire, Waking the Dead - John Eldredge is a phenomenal author |
