| Introduction | I am a mother of two and a middle school teacher. Trying to juggle time with my husband, running a business, grading papers and planning....it's a challenge... I know this is no different than any other teacher, but I had to try to fit some time in for ME. I'm realizing now that, I can be a much better teacher, mom and wife if I am healthier and happier. In building my own confidence, I've been able to help others build their's in order to build the lives of their dreams. |
