Introduction	After completing graduation and post-graduation from Gujarat university in the subject of Home-Science, I secured gold medal in post graduation in 1987. I have obtained the degree of Doctorate in the subject of food and nutrition. Since last 23 years I am in the educational field as an educator, professor, researcher, writer and poetess. I have experience as an educational Counselor in various schools colleges & presented many research papers at International, National & even State level Seminars and Conferences. I am working as a Head of Department and Post Graduation in-charge at B.D. Art College run by Gujarat Law Society. During last 5 years I have organized various nutritional Food Festivals, Art & Craft Exhibitions, Fashion shows & even wrote books as a part of Home Science department. I even guided more then 25 students for a dissertation. Also recognized as a PhD guide at Shanghania University Rajasthan, I worked with many NGOs, as an adviser, recipe expert , even wrote a book , published articles in magazines, newspaper & educational journals.
