Introduction	I live at http://www.tartanshamrock.com/ with my wife and children. Sharon and I have always been interested in food (Sharon has her own Pampered Chef business) but since being diagnosed with coeliac disease in April 2007 food has become something of a chore. Having to prepare ahead rather than trust to good food fortune when you are going out and faced with an ever-narrowing range of gluten-free options in the staff restaurant, I have become rather disillusioned with an activity that was once a real interest. The challenge of having to cater for four growing boys with naturally varying and childish tastes is equally demanding. I have recently uncovered a few GF food blogs which are inspiring me to get back on the food trail and make more of an effort to get the best out of the thousands of ingredients out there that are gluten-free. Aside from that, I play cricket in the few microseconds available in the Scottish summer and do something called Enterprise Architecture with Standard Life.
