| Introduction | My wonderful mom passed away a few years ago and her passing was very hard for me to come to terms with. Even though she lived a long and full life and passed peacefully, I still miss her very much. I have only recently been able to go through some of her personal items and one of them that I found very interesting was a stack of scrapbooks full of newspaper and magazine clippings that she found worth saving. Some are funny, some are tragic and some are bizarre. I think that she would be happy if I shared these clippings with you. I will be scanning and uploading individual clippings as time permits.
