| Introduction | I live in California with my wife and animals. We are dedicated to animal rescue, tend to work around the house alot, and obviously I love to cook. Unfortunately I am not able to spend all my time cooking since I am an engineer at Edwards AFB (my day job). But cooking is truly my passion. I love to use fresh and when possible organic ingredients. I read recipes but then tend to improvise in the kitchen. I enjoy the thrill of trying new flavors and combining those flavors to create a unique dish. |
