Introduction	Tushar Rupanavar, Assistant Professor, Abasaheb Garware College, Pune. Currently pursuing my Doctoral Research (Ph. D.) at Dept. of Communication & Journalism, Pune University under the guidance of Dr. Ujjwala Barve. My area of research is Impact of Mobile on Nomadic Tribes in Maharashtra. Has completed my B.Sc. (Physics) with first class and Master of Journalism & Mass Communication from Pune University with 'A' grade. I worked as journalist in leading media platforms like Hindustan Times, Pune Mirror, Sakal, The Golden Sparrow, ETV, Lokmat and Life365 for more than 5 years. Has written extensively civic about issues, health, politics, urban development, communities and Municipal Corporation. Cleared SET in Mass Communication & Journalism subject. Has worked on research project titled "Smart City : Media Coverage & Public Perception- Pune Experiment" received under UPE-II UGC.
