| Introduction | I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education with endorsements in Early Childhood Education and Family and Consumer Sciences Education. I teach 6th-8th grade FACS. I love my students and teaching, but at the end of the day I am very ready to be home with my sweet baby boy. It's go, go, go for me, all the time! I live my life with Lupus. It's not fun, but it's made me into the person I am today. Nothing teaches you more about life than facing death. It has forever changed me, and I will live with it until the day I die. It's an ugly disease and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. Life's not fair, but I believe we just have to take the cards we're dealt and make the best of it. Aaron and I have been married for six years, and on August 15, 2009, one day before my birthday, I was blessed with the best birthday gift ever -- our miracle baby, Alan "Raegan". We were once told we would possibly be unable to have children, and it took us over a year to conceive, but God's timing is perfect. |
