| Introduction | 私は東京に住んでいる44歳の日本人です。2019年から日本株、米国株に投資しています。コロナウイルスの感染が世界中に広がりました2020年も投資を続けました。今は主に日本株,米国株に加え、国債(米国,新興国),金にも投資しています。 ブログを始めたきっかけは、新NISAの成長投資枠をつみたて投資枠と同じ投資信託ではなく別の商品に投資したほうが利益が出ることを伝えたいためです。 このブログは1人の個人投資家の投資した商品を伝えることを最優先にして、そのほかにも新NISAや米国株の商品を紹介しています。 また、投資以外にもXの外国人フォロアーから日本の旅行のおすすめを聞かれたので、東京周辺のおすすめの旅行先も掲載しています。 I am a 43 year old Japanese living in Tokyo. I have invested in Japanese and US stocks since 2019. I continued to invest in 2020 when the coronavirus spread rapidly. Now I invest mainly in Japanese and US stocks, but also in bonds (US and emerging markets) and gold. The reason I started the blog is to show that it is more profitable to invest the growth investment limit of the new NISA in different products rather than in the same mutual funds as the Mutual Aid investment limit. This blog is dedicated to telling the story of one individual investor's investment in a product, with a top priority on the new NISA and U.S. equity products in addition to that. In addition to investments, X's foreign followers have asked me for travel recommendations in Japan, so I have also included recommendations for destinations around Tokyo. |
