| Introduction | I am a Certified Christian Yoga Teacher and Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. I studied Hatha yoga the fall of 2008 at the Yahweh Yoga studio in Chandler, Arizona. I have a love for God’s creation and His people. I am passionate about doing anything that involves being out of doors. Being from Georgia originally, I have some very unusual ideas. (Yes, mayonnaise IS a food group!) I have received much hassling for my southern ways all these years…But I wouldn't have it any other way! Currently, my husband, Kurt and myself, are in the empty nest stage of life with two grown children: Clark and Sadie...Sadie is the mother of our special five-year-old grandson, Nolan. He is the apple of my eye and a joy in my heart! I love my family!! |
| Interests | Singing - and I want to rekindle my love for guitar and piano from my youth!, Gardening - flowers make me happy!, Still making an attempt at vegetable gardening.(Colorado isn't Georgia!), Hiking - can I touch that cloud?, Camping - so this is what rain smells like..., Cooking - Martha isn't the only one who can enjoy a glass of wine!, Quality conversation and time with Friends., My kids - they make me laugh (mostly at myself) and teach me things about life that I never knew. I am a better person because of them., And even though last, the defining reason for all the above - the saving grace of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ...He has blessed me beyond understanding; He completes me. |
